Due to the low weight, a pallet scale is the ideal solution for quick and easy weighing at different locations. To make it easier to transport the lightweight 40 kg verifiable pallet scale, the U-frame is fitted with a handle and two roller wheels. To weigh pallets on the scales, it is not necessary to remove the pallet truck or the forklift truck forks from the pallet. Simply lower the stacked material and place it on the U-structure. These pallet scales are developed so that Euro pallets fit exactly on the frame of the pallet scales and can be weighed. The combination of the weighing platform of the indicator MWI is designed for simple weighing applications in verifiable and non-verifiable area. Due to their light construction, pallet scales are intended for mobile use.

The pallet truck scale is the ideal solution for complex weighing applications at different locations. With a total capacity of 2500 kg, and a division of 500 g, a precisely weight detection is guaranteed at any height. Especially in the warehouse, production and shipping the pallet truck scale is a great help as mobile weighing unit. (Control of incoming goods, determination of shipping weights, avoiding overloading). The pallet trucks with scale are simple in use and handling. It is no longer necessary to remove the pallets from the truck to weigh. Just pump up and read off the weight.

Power supply and interfaces
Its rechargeable battery provides a self-powered weighing. The high endurance of the battery of about 40 hours (without printer) allows for flexible working. Adjustable backlight and Auto Power Off conserve battery power.
Weighing technology
Four high-quality load cells, which are installed inside the framework, ensure highest precision. These load cells are laser welded (IP68). The MWI display is enclosed in a sturdy aluminium housing and features 22 numeric and function keys. The large 60 mm Display is even from distance well readable. The scales electronics are protected against dust and water ingress (IP67).
Construction
Grat Emphasis was placed on the chassis for the pallet trucks. For extra sturdiness and stability is the powder-coated steel frame reinforced and impact-proof. The frame features a built-in campact hydraulic unit encased in an impact-proof steel housing. BOSCHE pallet trucks come standard with tandem load castors for easy crossing of thresholds and obstacles. The 210° steering ensures easy maneuvering. The pallet scale has a fast lift function which can be controlled by the tiller handle. The high-quality display MWI with a 60 mm large, backlit display provides optimal readability of the weight, even in low light conditions.
The balance will be sent fully assembled and adjusted.
Product information "Floor scale FSB W"
The high-quality floor scales of the Bosche FSB series are particularly suitable for rough use in industry. The combination of the weighing platform with the simple scale display is intended for simple weighing applications in the legal-for-trade (scale display MWI-T) and non-legal-for-trade (scale display GTW-T) range. Intuitive operation is via the convenient membrane keyboard and allows easy operation even for inexperienced personnel. The numeric keypad can be used to enter tare weights or limit values for checkweighing. Because of their solid construction, the floor scales are predestined for stationary use.

Installation
The scales can be easily assembled or transported using the eye bolts supplied.
There are 3 installation options:
1.On-floor installation: Suitable for companies that use forklift trucks. A base frame set is compulsory for verified scales in accordance with the Weights and Measures Act.
2.On-floor installation with ramps: Suitable for companies that use pallet trucks. You can use one ramp for access on to the scales or two for access on and off the other side.
3.In-floor installation: Suitable for companies that use both forklift trucks and pallet trucks. With this installation option, the scales platform is installed in the floor using a pit frame. A drawing can be supplied for these pit scales.
ATTENTION: With calibrated floor scales, the weighing bridge must be fixed to the floor. Optionally by ramps or footplate set.
Weighing technology - functions
The platforms are equipped with four high-quality laser-welded load cells.
The multifunction display has a large, high-contrast 60 mm LCD display. Tare weight (limit values for checkweighing / reference piece count - piece weight) can be entered via the numeric keypad.
Weight determination and totalisation of the weighing results in an adding memory of up to 9,999 weighings with consecutive numbering. Taring can be carried out over the entire measuring range.
Power supply and interfaces
The floor scale is supplied as standard for mains operation (mains plug included). The optionally available rechargeable battery allows for power-independent weighing.
The serial RS 232 data interface allows bidirectional data transfer of the weight data to a PC, printer or second display. Transmission cable, external second display (suitable for open points of sale) or printer are available as accessories.
The weighing bridge is made of powder-coated steel. For safety reasons, this weighing bridge has been "oversized" so that it has an increased load-bearing capacity and rigidity because of the extremely robust construction. This greatly reduces any possible bending and significantly extends the life of the floor scale.
The scale platform is connected to the display via an M12 industrial plug with a 5 m long (length is variable) scale cable.
The scale display can be disconnected from the platform even if the scales are calibrated. This saves costs when replacing a damaged cable, as recalibration is not necessary.
The indicator can be wall-mounted with a bracket or optionally supplied with a stand.
Platform size
The floor scales from the Bosche range are available in different platform sizes and weighing capacities.
Standard sizes are 1 x 1 m | 1.2 x 1.2 m | 1.2 x 1.5 m | 1.5 x 1.5 m | 1.5 x 2 m.
A platform size individually manufactured according to customer requirements is also possible.
Weighing range
Up to 3000 kg as standard. Special scales with a weighing range up to 6 tonnes or a larger platform are available on request.
